Swim Lessons Make-Up Policy

At Magnolia Coast Swim School, we understand that unexpected events can occur, requiring the rescheduling of lessons. Our goal is to ensure a seamless experience for both our instructors and participants. Below is our policy on making up swim lessons:

Instructor-Initiated Make-Up Lessons

  • Advance Notice: If an instructor needs to reschedule a swim lesson, they will contact you at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cost: The make-up lesson will be provided at no additional cost.
  • Scheduling: We will work around your schedule to find a convenient time for the make-up lesson.

Participant-Initiated Make-Up Lessons

  • Advance Notice: If a swimmer needs to cancel a lesson, they must notify the instructor at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling: The lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed-upon time that suits both the instructor and the participant.

 

No Call/No Show Policy

  • If a participant fails to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice (no call/no show), the instructor and management team reserves the right to decide whether to schedule a make-up lesson.
