Make-Up Lessons

If an instructor needs to reschedule a lesson, they will contact you at least 24 hours in advance. The make-up lesson will be at no additional cost, and we will work around your schedule to find a convenient time.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you are looking to cancel your registration, please send an email to info@magcoastswim.com and we will cancel your registration.

If your child becomes sick and you have provided a doctor's note, or you have a family emergency and we are unable to reschedule for a future week, partial refunds will be granted. For all other cases, refunds will not be granted.

Schedule Changes

Once you have picked a new class, send an email to info@magcoastswim.com and we will cancel your previous registration. Be sure to include which class and time you need canceled in the email so we don't accidentally cancel the wrong class. We will switch you to the appropriate class.

Late Arrivals

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class time. If you are more than 5 minutes late, we are not obligated to make up time from that lesson. Since lessons are only 30 minutes, punctuality ensures your child gets the most out of each session.

Weather Policy

We will meet for regularly scheduled classes unless you are contacted otherwise. We will reschedule classes in the event of heavy rain or lightning. Your safety is our top priority.

Payment

We accept online credit/debit payments as well as cash.

Online Credit/Debit Card: By choosing the online payment option on the registration form, full payment is due before your registration can be completed. A small processing fee is required for online credit/debit card transactions and will be added to your total. You will receive a confirmation email once registration is completed and payment is confirmed.
Cash: Should you choose to pay in cash on the registration form, full payment is due the first day of your scheduled lesson. Failure to provide full payment on the first day of lessons will result in removal from the class.
